Marianne is also a qualified aesthetic academy director having set up multiple academies and developed e-learning platforms up to ITEC level 5. She has experience with concept planning, program & treatment protocols, management, personnel structure & development. She is articulate and comfortable in all milieu.

Paul Olavesen-Stabb

Co-Founder and Group CEO

Paul is a Chief Executive Officer and Board Executive Director with over 30-years of experience in corporate level management including aesthetic companies. He is a strategic business planner, team leader and effective people manager with international experience of setting up and managing successful aesthetics and media companies. Paul is finance focused and has worked in the UK, USA, Norway and the Caribbean. He holds a double Masters Degree in Business (MBA hons) from ESCP-EAP, Paris, one of Europe’s leading business schools. 


Paul has produced a variety of feasibility studies covering ‘if, what and how’ a corporate model should be structured. He has experience with programs & protocols; management & personnel structure and development; and management systems to include procedures, reporting and budget structure.


He has also worked with concept planning & positioning and asset building to include brand creation, adoption and / or customisation. He can develop new revenue streams as well as provide continuity and development in existing business relationships.
